We are seeking a strong HR Operations HRIS professional at mid-career level to support the people function in a high-performing corporate environment. You will bring strong knowledge of HR operations, reward, and compliance systems, alongside advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and data analytics.
You’ll support on reward operations, process improvements, and systems optimisation, driving best practice through efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✔️Resolve complex HR operational issues and provide guidance to managers
✔️Act as HRIS super user and primary contact for all HR system queries
✔️Oversee HR data for payroll, pensions, leave, and compensation cycle
✔️Maintain data quality and integrity across systems
✔️Partner with HRBPs & Finance for Reward and benefits analysis
✔️Manage reports and surveys for employees
✔️Liaise with 3rd parties for payroll in multiple juristictions
✔️Support global mobility and liaise with 3rd parties for taxation and mobility queries
✔️Deliver MI/BI reports to support data-driven decisions
✔️Manage and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
✔️Ensure HR systems and projects are legally compliant
✔️Deliver system training and support to employees
✔️Lead MI reporting and analysis
✔️Ensure data integrity, validation, and entry accuracy
Candidate Requirements:
✔️Degree in HR with HRIS/data analytics expertise
✔️5+ years in a similar reward or operations role. Global exposure preferred.
✔️Strong analytical and influencing skills; solution-focused mindset
✔️Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
✔️Advanced Excel, Power BI, and HR systems experience
✔️Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
✔️Passion for quality, detail, and service delivery
