This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but vibrant commercial organisation who have people at the core of everything they do.
The executive is keen to get a people leader on board, to establish a strong HR best practice in the business and to embed a positive culture. You will ensure the people function has the operational framework to deliver an excellent HR service and that the HR team have the opportunity to grow and develop under your leadership.
The HR function is already established, this role will bring the people function to best in class.

Role Overview:
✔️You will bring 5 years + experience in a similar role, managing a HR function or operating at a similar level.
✔️You will have strengths in talent management, employment law, talent development and organisation design.
✔️You will have a flexible attitude and a service mindset and have the ability to work with ambiguities and complexities.
✔️You will be autonomous but also work as a collaborator across the business ensuring the organisation achieves success through living their values.
Candidate Requirements:
✔️Degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a related field is preferred.
✔️A professional, vibrant, energetic and passionate candidate.
✔️Proven experience in a senior HR role, with experience within the hospitality industry or similar being highly desirable.
✔️In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, talent acquisition recruitment, training, and performance management.
✔️Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
✔️Emotional intelligence, excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
✔️Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to plan and follow through.
✔️Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
