Reporting to the HR Director
As HR Operations & C&B Lead, you will manage the day-to-day provision of key areas in the employee lifecycle and
contribute to the development of the HR function and reward CoE.
You will champion service excellence, ensuring excellent employee experience and high standards of delivery. Working as part of a team,
you will build on your expertise by partnering with the broader HR function, Talent, Business Partners and business managers.

Roles & Responsibilities
C&B and Reward
✔️Point of contact for outsourced Payroll (global operations)
✔️Ensure accurate and timely data submission, resolve payroll-related queries, and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
✔️Manage global benefits across all regions overseeing renewals and new enrolments.
✔️Year-end cycle review & reporting.
✔️Benchmarking.
✔️Competitor Analysis.
✔️Reward Survey co-ordination and data compiling Global reports and economic trend analysis reports and Job Family / Role analysis.
✔️Compensation & benefit analysis and reporting.
✔️Market analysis and 3rd party provider point of contact for reporting.
HR Operations:
✔️ Point of contact for all internal processes and HRIS management.
✔️Document key controls and process changes and support internal and external audits.
✔️Ensure compliance with all internal controls and external regulations through proactive best practice.
✔️Prepare regular HR reporting decks capturing data-driven insights.
✔️Ownership of HR reporting and analysis across key people metrics.
✔️Support the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and internal interview coordination.
✔️Support Global Mobility with outsourced tax and immigration partners and relocation services to ensure excellent employee experience.
✔️Additional HR projects as required.
