This is an opportunity for an experienced human resource business partner to join a global professional services organisation and serve as trusted advisor to the business in the Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities

✔️Provide guidance to the business leaders on employment law, policy and best practice.

✔️Align the people strategy with the goals of the organisation.

✔️Implement initiatives that deliver the results required to attain the strategic goals of the organisation.

✔️Actively engage at all levels of the organisation as people champion and be available as a point of contact for employee queries.

✔️Implement initiatives across the full employee cycle including talent acquisition, onboarding and development.

✔️Consult on employee relations issues and manage disciplinaries and grievances to a satisfactory conclusion.

✔️Collaborate with other HR teams across the group and participate in group projects.

✔️Liaise with the company partners for payroll, global mobility and reward.

✔️Manage the benefits and reward programme.

✔️Support talent management, succession planning and identify talent gaps.

✔️Use HRIS data and metrics to inform management decisions and improvements.


Skills and Experience

✔️Qualified in Human Resources with CIPD preferred or experience to HR manager/ BP level.

✔️6 years professional HR experience 

✔️Strong track record of business partnering, advising and leading people initiatives.

✔️Ability to work autonomously, self driven and dept of knowledge in Irish employment law.

✔️Accomplished strategist who can implement initiatives to realise the goals of the organisation.

✔️Highly skilled in data management, HRIS and MI reporting
