This is a contract role for a highly experienced HR Consultant to support HR Hire’s client and work as a trusted advisor to the management team in a changing work environment.
This is an exciting, client facing role for an individual with demonstrable consulting experience in the following areas:
✔️Organisation Design
✔️TUPE
✔️Communications and Stakeholder Management
✔️Change Management
✔️Employee Engagement
✔️HR Transformation and Target Operating Models
✔️HR Programmes design and implementation
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for advising Human Resource Leadership and supporting project management and organisation design as a SME of TUPE, change management and governance.
✔️Degree qualified and have relevant Human Resources professional experience 7 years +
✔️A strong track record of operating with excellence in similar projects as a SME/Consultant.
✔️Strong leadership background and gravitas at senior level.
✔️Previous work with a not-for -profit is desirable but not essential.
✔️Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions.
