We have an opportunity for  an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join a dynamic and motivated team who support a wide range of HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in HR (2 years +) who is ready to take ownership of key processes in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll provide essential support to ensure smooth HR operations and an excellent employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Your responsibilities will span HR administration, recruitment coordination, induction, employee engagement, vendor management, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔️Administrate all new starter and leaver processes including contracts, offer letters, inductions, and exit interviews

✔️Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll with timely data updates

✔️Draft contracts, employment letters, and policy documents

✔️Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR systems 

✔️Prepare reports and employee data for HR metrics and decision-making

✔️Handle HR-related queries and escalate where necessary

✔️Assist with recruitment admin, scheduling, and onboarding coordination

✔️Take minutes during investigations and disciplinary meetings

✔️Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team

✔️Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews (phone, video, in-person) for hiring teams

✔️Assist with creating talent pipelines in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Partner

✔️Post job adverts to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external platforms in a timely and accurate manner

✔️Monitor candidate workflows in the ATS and ensure proper documentation

✔️Track recruitment metrics and maintain the Recruitment Marketing Plan

✔️Assist with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives

Experience Required:

✔️ Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

✔️2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, work environment

✔️Strong understanding of HR and recruitment best practices

✔️Experience using HRIS/ATS systems 

✔️Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✔️Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

✔️Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️Comfortable working independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.

✔️Previous experience in a matrixed or shared services environment is desirable
