Recruitment Partnering:
✔️Drive the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies that encompass people management, organisational growth, and D&I objectives.
✔️Uphold and consistently deliver the organisation’s employer brand across all recruitment touchpoints, ensuring alignment with organisational values and goals.
✔️Represent the organisation at various recruitment events, enhancing employer brand visibility and engagement with potential candidates.
Candidate Experience & Workforce Planning:
✔️Innovate and implement initiatives aimed at identifying and improving areas within the candidate experience, ensuring a positive, engaging, and inclusive process.
✔️Utilise workforce planning techniques to accurately forecast organisational and functional staffing needs, adapting recruitment efforts to meet these requirements efficiently.
Operational Excellence:
✔️Evaluate and leverage recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, to inform and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
✔️Oversee Graduate and Apprenticeship Programs, ensuring their alignment with the organisation’s recruitment goals and workforce planning.
✔️Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine recruitment briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of role requirements and candidate expectations.
Talent Acquisition Process Management:
✔️Update and disseminate job descriptions for open positions, optimising job postings to attract qualified candidates.
✔️Actively source and engage potential candidates, managing the application and selection process to create a shortlist of suitable candidates for further assessment.
✔️Conduct comprehensive administrative duties including documentation in ATS/HRIS, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, and performing reference checks.
✔️Work in collaboration with other departments to provide candidates with accurate role information, including salary discussions and job expectations.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback:
✔️Collect, analyse, and act on feedback regarding the candidate experience, aiming for continuous improvement and high satisfaction.
✔️Report on key recruitment metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
Key Candidate Requirements:
✔️Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a recruitment partnering role.
✔️Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (essential).
✔️Proven experience in a recruitment role with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, agile ways of working, workforce planning, and DEI initiatives (essential).
✔️Proven experience in recruitment initiatives that positively impact business outcomes.
✔️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️Excellent systems knowledge and ability to use HRIS and ATS systems effectively (essential).
✔️Experience in organising and attending recruitment events, with a knack for promoting employer brand (desirable).
✔️Proficiency in analysing recruitment metrics and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions (desirable).
✔️Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
✔️Ability to plan and self-organise with a track record of delivery.
✔️Resilience and agility in managing a changing environment.
✔️Collaborative, relationship builder, and problem solver.
✔️Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels (essential).
