We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Chief Executive Officer to lead a purpose‑driven, not‑for‑profit social enterprise. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will guide the organisation’s strategic direction, ensure strong operational performance, and champion our mission across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️Provide strategic leadership, setting clear objectives and ensuring all activities align with the organisation’s mission and values.
✔️Oversee financial governance, including budgeting, reporting and audit processes, ensuring sustainable surpluses for reinvestment.
✔️Lead business development efforts, working with partner organisations to grow core services and explore opportunities for innovation and expansion.
✔️Manage day‑to‑day operations, optimising resources, maintaining high‑quality standards and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
✔️Build and maintain effective communication with stakeholders including the Board, employees, service users, national bodies, regulators, media and the wider public.
✔️Foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture, ensuring staff have the training, development and support needed to deliver excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

✔️Holds a third‑level qualification in business, finance, health or a related area.
✔️Has senior management experience within a service‑based environment.
✔️Has represented an organisation at regional or industry forums.
✔️Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills,with strong report‑writing ability.
✔️Is confident analysing data, evaluating performance and making informed decisions.
✔️Has proven experience in leading, motivating and developing teams.
✔️Shows strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach.
✔️Brings initiative, resilience and the ability to handle high‑pressure situations calmly.
✔️Acts with the highest levels of integrity.
