This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute senior HR Business partner to support an Irish Business during its next stage of growth.
You will provide expert HR advice and partner strategically with the Irish leadership team, implement the people plan and enable business growth. As the main point of contact for the business you will be the go to expert on all people related matters and Irish employment law subject matter expert.

✔️Have the ability to drive the HR strategy with business leaders.
✔️You will have strong knowledge of the Irish market and expertise in Irish employment practices.
✔️You will have a strong track record of leading across the full employee cycle, including:
✔️Talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, succession planning, change management, employee engagement & wellbeing, and reward.
✔️The ability to collaborate with the global Centres of Excellence and promote best practice people services delivery.
✔️Have proven experience of managing large scale change and transformation people programmes ensuring a high level of risk management and governance.
✔️Track record in organisational design, project management and presenting to senior level.
✔️The ability to coach and influence senior business leaders and engage teams.
Candidate Essentials:
✔️Degree or masters level HR Qualification or equivalent.
✔️5 years + working at a similar level with senior HR Management/Generalist/Business Partnering experience.
✔️5 years + Irish employment Law expertise and ability to act as SME on Irish employment law at a global level.
✔️Ability to coach and influence senior management and stakeholders and have gravitas at leadership forums.
✔️A track record of project management and programme enablement in a fast paced, high performance culture.
