This is an opportunity to join a progressive market leader and shape the total reward programmes in the organisation. This is a leadership role where you will be the key driver in shaping the future total rewards strategy for a high growth focused business.

You will be a highly skilled expert in total reward and benefit strategies, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior management with confidence. As the Total Rewards Manager, you will lead the annual reward cycle, including pay reviews, bonus plans, and market benchmarking. You will lead a talented team of reward specialists and liaise with the broader people services team.

You will have extensive experience in developing reward models, benchmarking, and designing competitive total reward packages, experience in large complex, multi-national organisations or relevant consulting firms.

Essentially you will have expertise in reward management across executive and all operational levels, with knowledge of best practices , compliance including multi-jurisdictional exposure.You will have a strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse data and manage complex projects effectively.
