We are seeking a HR Operations Manager to lead the HR Service Delivery in a large international organisation, with multiple business units across Ireland/UK & Europe.

You will thrive in a fast paced, change orientated and complex, multi-jurisdictional environment and oversee the HR service delivery across multiple sites. With a focus on ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a positive employee experience, you will improve processes and maintain data integrity.

This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a broader HR Operations team, combining people management, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making to make a tangible impact across the employee lifecycle.

Required Competencies:

✔️Degree in HR, Business or related field (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent)

✔️CIPD Level 7 or Postgraduate HR qualification

✔️5+ years leading a HR operations team in a multi-site, multi-jurisdictional organisation

✔️Proven track record in HR service delivery, process improvement and data integrity

✔️Experience with HR systems, reporting, payroll data flows, and compliance across Ireland, the UK or Europe

✔️Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive operational excellence

✔️Process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification

✔️GDPR/data protection, HR analytics
