Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers on a wide range of employee relations and people matters
Support talent acquisition and onboarding activities
Drive a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle
Facilitate performance management and development processes
Support learning, leadership and coaching initiatives
Manage HR operations, policies and people processes
Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives
Support reward, recognition and wellbeing programmes
Ensure HR practices remain compliant and aligned with business objectives
Use HR systems and data to support people decision-making
Candidate Profile
5+ years' experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or People Partner role
Strong employee relations and performance management experience
Confident advising and influencing managers at all levels
Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle activities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
