We’re partnering with a values-led organisation in a dynamic, project-driven sector to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner on a 12+ month contract. This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership through change, growth, and strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, succession, and organisational development

✔️Lead complex employee relations matters with confidence and care

✔️Drive engagement, inclusion, and leadership capability across the business

✔️Deliver HR insights and analytics to inform decision-making

✔️Collaborate across HR functions to deliver integrated, people-first solutions

Key Duties:

✔️Proven experience in senior HR partnering roles

✔️Strong ER, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills

✔️A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability

✔️Degree in HR or related field (CIPD desirable)
