This is a senior HR Leadership position for a highly skilled,proactive and hands on HR Manager, looking to make an impact in an organisation.
Reporting to the HR Director you lead a multidisciplined HR team and develop their capability. You will work closely with the HRD to deliver the people strategy and manage the HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR Management with experience in building teams and managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will have deep knowledge of the full employee cycle and a commitment to people centric, values led service delivery through a flexible and proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Direction and Leadership across the employee cycle including:
✔️Talent & Development.
✔️Recruitment & Onboarding.
✔️HR Operations including process improvement.
✔️Deputise for HRD as required and collaborate with the Senior Management team.
✔️Act as the trusted partner and expert for HR policies and employment law for management.
✔️Oversight of HR service delivery across multiple sites.
✔️Workforce planning.
✔️Culture, employee engagement & wellbeing.
✔️Learning & Development, succession planning.
✔️Policy & compliance.
✔️Reward & Benefits (liaise with C&B and finance)
✔️Cross functional collaboration.
✔️HRIS & Reporting.
✔️HR projects as required
Key Requirements:
✔️BA/MA specialising in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
✔️High level of knowledge & practice across the full employee life cycle.
✔️5 years relevant experience at a HR Manager or HR Business Partner level.
✔️Experience in a multi-site preferred.
✔️Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔️Expert knowledge of employment law.
✔️Exposure to the recruitment lifecycle and employee relations
✔️Flexibility, attention to detail and agility to meet changing requirements
