Role Requirements:
✔️Proven 7+ years in senior HR roles with strategic impact
✔️Strong business acumen and coaching capability
✔️Experience in performance management, DEI, and people analytics
✔️Agile mindset with resilience in change environments
✔️HR qualifications (CIPD, coaching accreditation) are a plus
