HR Hire are partnering exclusively with a highly valued and respected international employer, to hire a Senior HR Business Partner who will join the Group’s People & Culture function and partner locally with business leaders and centres of excellence.

This is an exciting, client facing role for an individual with demonstrable consulting experience in the following areas:

Key Requirements:

  • You will be a highly experienced people leader, who delivers high impact people services.

  • You will understand how to operate in an organisation of scale, highly matrixed environment.

Strong knowledge and expertise in:

  • Talent Management.

  • Implement initiatives across the full employee cycle including talent acquisition, onboarding and development.

  • Employee and Industrial Relations / Employment Law.

  • Provide guidance to the business leaders on employment law, policy and best practice.

  • Align the people strategy with the goals of the organisation.

  • Implement initiatives that deliver the results required to attain the strategic goals of the organisation.

  • Collaborate with other HR teams across the group and participate in group projects.

  • Business Partnering, Influencing and Coaching skills.

  • Reporting and Presentation skills to senior level.

  • Use HRIS data and metrics to inform management decisions and improvements.

  • Design & delivery of employee initiatives to support the organisation's strategic goals.

  • Programme design and management across the employee cycle.

  • Performance management, dispute resolution and disciplinaries.

  • Workforce planning, Resource management and Succession planning.

  • People management skills and mentoring of team colleagues.

Experience Level:

  • Degree / Masters level in HR or related business degree.

  • 8 years + HR 5years at a Senior HRBP or similar level

  • Strong track record of business partnering, advising and leading people initiatives.

  • Ability to work autonomously, self driven and dept of knowledge in Irish employment law.

  • Accomplished strategist who can implement initiatives to realise the goals of the organisation.

  • Highly skilled in data management, HRIS and MI reporting
