The HR Administrator will support the HR team in a busy and regulated environment.
Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, this role involves coordinating job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records while providing additional administrative support to the HR team.
Key Requirements of the Role:
✔️Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
✔️Managing HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and compliance forms.
✔️Supporting Garda vetting and regulatory documentation for employment checks.
✔️Support payroll and benefits administration by providing relevant employee data.
✔️Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries.
✔️Drafting and posting job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
✔️Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
✔️Coordinate interviews (in-person, phone, or virtual) and communicate schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
✔️Conduct initial phone screenings and reference checks as required.
✔️Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment database.
✔️Assist in organising recruitment events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives.
✔️Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
✔️Experience in HR administration with a strong recruitment skills.
✔️Familiarity with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
✔️Strong organisational and time-management skills.
✔️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️High attention to detail and confidentiality.
✔️Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✔️Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Education and Experience:
✔️Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
✔️1-3 years of experience in HR/recruitment administration or a similar role.
