New to HR Hire
We have an opportunity for a Total Reward Partner to join a growing Reward team at a senior manager level.  As a Reward Partner you will have the autonomy to plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive total rewards strategy and programs for the group. You will be considered the Reward expert with opportunities to research and bring in-depth understanding of external best-practices and innovative trends and apply them to Rewards programmes and technologies.

What’s Involved:

✔️Build, design and implement innovative reward strategies  to consider both local and international business needs.

✔️Strategically assesses the effectiveness of current compensation programmes across multiple markets, identifies best practices and benchmarks; and develops recommendations for modifications to align to business goals.

✔️Evaluate the compensation and benefits landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations

✔️Effectively manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners, including managing performance of contracts to ensure maximum value of services is delivered.

✔️Ownership of allocated reward projects, appropriately engaging key stakeholders when necessary.

✔️Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership on appropriate reward packages to recruit and retain talent.

✔️Keeping abreast of regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits plans and ensures company benefit plans and practices follow external regulatory requirements.

✔️Develop and coordinate communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about reward programmes.

Ideal experience for this role

✔️5+ or more years’ experience working in a fast-paced Reward role

✔️Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail.

✔️Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mind-set are essential

✔️Must be an excellent communicator (oral and written) and possess strong facilitation skill

✔️Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands on operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
