Responsibilities of the Role:

✔️Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

✔️Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.

✔️Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

✔️Maintain and update HR systems, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases.

✔️Prepare recruitment and HR reports, collating data for presentations and analytics.

✔️Support HR administration including contracts, letters, employee records, and compliance documentation.

✔️Assist with HR projects such as policy updates, engagement initiatives, and learning & development programmes.

✔️Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

✔️Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and professional support.

✔️Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and HR processes.

Experience Required:

✔️Degree-qualified in HR or a relevant discipline; CIPD qualification desirable.

✔️2–3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) or HR administration.

✔️Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR processes, and employment legislation.

✔️Ability to run reports and collate data for presentations and analytics.

✔️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

✔️Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

✔️Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.

✔️Flexible, proactive, and a team player who puts the employee experience at the heart of everything.

✔️Demonstrated high standards of work and a proven track record in successful delivery of people projects.
