HR Generalist - Professional Services
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected professional services HR team, who provide best in class HR Services to their organisation.You will work collaboratively with the HR team, supporting the employee life cycle and ensuring the correct policies are adhered to, while ensuring the continuous improvement of processes and systems across the people function.
Responsibilities of the Role:
✔️Talent- End to end recruitment, attraction, interviewing and onboarding.
✔️Building talent pools and developing the employer brand in the talent market.
✔️Partnering with Hiring managers, mapping out their recruitment requirements and managing the recruitment processes, including interview scheduling
and feedback sessions.
✔️Work with third party recruitment providers and manage the briefing and feedback sessions.
✔️Collaborate with Business Partners to ensure internal succession planning is in place for talent.
✔️Support talent management with data, reports and workforce planning.
✔️Advise hiring managers on best practice hiring processes and both internal and legislative policy.
✔️Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
✔️Support HR projects and develop the overall service support to employees.
✔️Liaise with the people services team to ensure seamless excellence for employees.
Experience Required:
✔️Degree level in Human Resources / Business or related degree.
✔️Professional Human Resources qualification/CIPD.
✔️2-3 years experience in Recruitment, HR Administration , HR Generalist role.
✔️Experienced in recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, employment law, policies and processes
✔️Ability to work with sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.
✔️Excellent communicator written, verbal and technically adept.
✔️A strong team player, flexible attitude, open to developing and thrives on feedback.
✔️Positive attitude to supporting employees with a service mindset.
