We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist  to join a dynamic commercial company and lead the people function in a stand alone capacity. You will play a critical role in managing the day to day people operations and support the senior leadership team as a trusted partner.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated all- rounder, to contribute to the development of employees and input into the growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Manage the full employee lifecycle including the following areas:

✔️Recruitment, onboarding, talent development.Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry
trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

✔️Employee relations, performance management.Act as point of reference for all HR matters including
policy, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

✔️Act as knowledge base and trusted advisor to senior leaders and people managers across the
company.

✔️Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in compliance with employment laws and regulations.

✔️Ensure there are robust policies and processes in place to maintain best practice HR systems and
controls.

✔️Manage and maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, confidential data.

✔️Design and deliver relevant training and L&D initiatives.

✔️Support the C&B process, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and benefits administration.

✔️Additional responsibilities as required

✔️HR projects and initiatives in line with best practice HR.

Experience Required:

✔️Degree level in Human Resources or a related field. CIPD is desirable but not essential.

✔️4 years + of relevant experience as an HR Manager or similar in a senior generalist HR role.

✔️Excellent knowledge of Irish employment law and compliance.

✔️Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

✔️Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals
at all levels of the organization.

✔️Proven track record managing difficult issues to resolution, including ER case management. 

✔️Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

✔️Flexible attitude to work with excellent communication and a hands on approach.
