People and Culture Lead (FTC)

HR Hire are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end people processes and genuinely influence organisational culture. This role is a unique opportunity to join the People and Culture team of a social enterprise based in central Dublin. We are seeking a versatile generalist who excels in both hands-on HR operations and strategic employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• People Operations: Lead and coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

• HRIS: You will maintain HR systems, ensure accurate workforce data, and support critical payroll and pension administration processes.

• Learning & Development: Leading, developing and implementing the organisational training plan, coordinating all L&D  activities, and supporting the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process.

• Employee Engagement: Drive key employee engagement and recognition programmes, and support internal communications and culture-building activities across the organisation.

• Advisory & Policy guidance: Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on people policies, supporting performance management, and assisting with employee relations matters as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• HR Generalist Expertise: Previous experience 3 years + in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, combined with a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

• A proven track record of identifying opportunities to strengthen and improve HR processes and efficiencies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a positive, professional approach to building working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
