We are looking for a temporary HR People Partner / Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support in Ireland. This role will act as a key first point of contact for managers and employees, ensuring continuity of support across the relevant business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries across the relevant business area

✔️Advise managers on routine people matters including absence, performance, probation, conduct, grievance, disciplinary, and policy/process questions

✔️Support and coordinate employee relations activity at a routine to medium-complexity level

✔️Identify risks and escalate more complex or sensitive issues

✔️Support delivery of core HR processes and employee lifecycle activity including onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding

✔️Maintain case records, employee documentation, and ensure good process discipline

✔️Build working relationships with key stakeholders quickly and provide visible HR support

✔️Support the consistent application of HR policies, procedures and employment practices

✔️Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and local people initiatives as required

Candidate Profile:

✔️An experienced HR Generalist with strong day-to-day advisory experience

✔️Comfortable managing a broad range of routine HR issues independently

✔️Confident supporting line managers and giving practical, policy-based advice

✔️Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

✔️Balanced in their judgement, particularly around risk and escalation

✔️Credible, calm and professional with stakeholders

✔️Comfortable working in an environment where some structures and responsibilities are still evolving

Must-Have Experience:

✔️Previous experience in a generalist HR role

✔️Good working knowledge of core HR policy and employee relations processes

✔️Experience in supporting managers directly on day-to-day people matters

✔️Ability to manage cases and coordinate follow-up actions with minimal supervision

✔️Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✔️Experience supporting core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
