This role is for an experienced HR leader who understands the synergies between people services and performance excellence through the design and delivery of efficient HR processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔️Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

✔️6+ years' experience ,3+ at mid/senior level, with exposure to ER, Talent Acquisition and systems implementation.

✔️Proven track record of leading a team and influencing stakeholders across all levels

✔️Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

✔️Excellent HR delivery and the ability to drive HR operations

✔️Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations

✔️Team leadership experience and the proven ability to develop and grow a team
