This is a full HR exposure role with responsibility for end to end delivery of people services to a busy engineering services group with operations in Dublin & Cork.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
✔️Recruitment & Onboarding
✔️Employee Relations & Case Management
✔️Employee Engagement & wellbeing co-ordinator
✔️Business Partner to group managers and team leads.
✔️HR systems & reporting
✔️HR policy, advice and compliance
✔️Coaching and support and delivery of training workshops as required
✔️HR Projects, change management and culture development
Key Candidate Requirements:
✔️Degree level , HR preference or related
✔️4 years experience in a related role
✔️Industry experience in Logistics/Retail/Construction/ FMCG
✔️Multi Site experience preferred
✔️Clean Driving Licence and flexibility to travel if required
✔️Happy to work on a contract basis
