HR Business Partner reporting to the Senior Business Partner.

✔️HR Data/Metrics
✔️Annual pay reviews
✔️Day to day query resolution
Key Requirements:
✔️Strong, resilient, professional, highly organised, confident person
✔️5+ years experience in HR
✔️Relevant degree or similar in HR.
✔️Exemplary inter-personal skills with an engaging, approachable style.
✔️Able to confidently and sensitively challenge employees at every level and hold their position.
✔️Willingness to travel to various projects and offices as required
✔️Previous experience in a similar role and a broad understanding across different areas of HR
