We are partnering with our client who are looking for a versatile and proactive HR Generalist on a fixed-term basis. You will be the "go-to" person for both staff and management, ensuring that personnel operations run smoothly and that people policies are applied consistently across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️Act as the initial touchpoint for all regional HR inquiries, delivering clear and timely guidance to employees and management.
✔️Provide hands-on support to line managers on standard people issues, including attendance management, performance reviews, probation periods, and workplace conduct.
✔️Manage and coordinate ER cases ranging from routine queries to mid-level complexity, including grievances and disciplinary processes.
✔️Proactively identify potential HR risks and ensure timely escalation of sensitive or highly complex cases to senior leadership.
✔️Facilitate seamless execution of the employee journey, overseeing everything from onboarding new starters to managing contract amendments and exit procedures.
✔️Ensure all employee records and case files are meticulously maintained, upholding strict data integrity and process discipline.
✔️Rapidly establish trust and visibility within the organization, fostering strong collaborative relationships with internal partners.
✔️Champion the application of company policies and contribute your expertise to localized HR projects and culture-building initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
✔️An experienced HR professional with a proven track record in a busy generalist capacity.
✔️You are comfortable navigating a variety of HR challenges with minimal supervision and high autonomy.
✔️You possess the confidence to advise managers at various levels, translating complex policies into practical, actionable solutions.
✔️Capable of juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment where structures may still be maturing.
✔️You demonstrate sound judgment, particularly when balancing commercial needs with HR risk.
✔️Known for remaining calm under pressure and maintaining a credible, professional demeanor with all stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications
✔️Solid background in a comprehensive HR Generalist role.
✔️Robust understanding of Irish employment legislation and best practice HR policies.
✔️Direct experience partnering with line managers to resolve day-to-day operational people issues.
✔️Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end ER casework and follow-up administration.
✔️Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
✔️Full-cycle experience managing the administrative and human elements of the employee lifecycle.
