About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join an expanding international electronics manufacturing business with operations across Europe and the UK. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role is designed for a confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting our Dublin operations.

Key Competencies & Focus

• Strong Generalist Foundation: Broad, hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle, capable of operating independently and taking ownership of complex matters.

• ER & Employment Law: Deep knowledge of Irish employment legislation and best practice. You will be the primary lead for Employee Relations, handling investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries with sound judgment and commercial acumen.

• Operational Environment: Proven ability to navigate a high-pressure, fast-paced, and unionised environment. You are comfortable managing stakeholders and maintaining policy consistency under operational demands.

• Project Delivery: Proactive approach to identifying trends and delivering HR projects that improve systems, employee experience, and engagement.

• Influencing & Coaching: A credible advisor who can coach leadership and influence outcomes effectively.
