HR Business Partner (senior level)  reporting to the Group Head of HR. 

This is an opportunity for a proactive and agile HR Business Partner who has a growth mindset and thrives in an evolving, high performing organisation. You will be able to operate in a complex commercial business that has changing priorities and multiple challenges and you will bring a solution focused and agile approach, underpinned with expert HR knowledge and technical skills.

✔️Collaboration across functions and CoEs.

✔️Performance Management

✔️Induction & Probation Management

✔️Employer relations

✔️Disciplinary investigations/hearings

✔️Talent Management

✔️Action planning

✔️Succession planning

✔️Representing HR at senior level

✔️HR Data/Metrics

✔️Annual pay reviews

✔️Day to day query resolution

Key Requirements:

✔️Strong, resilient, professional, highly organised, confident person

✔️5+ years senior level experience

✔️Third level qualification, not necessarily CIPD/HR could be business but would be nice to have and have worked with a HR system.

✔️Exemplary inter-personal skills with an engaging, approachable style.

 ✔️Able to confidently and sensitively challenge employees at every level (including senior leaders) and hold their position.

 ✔️Willingness to travel to various projects and offices as required

✔️Previous experience in a similar role and a broad understanding across different areas of HR
