HR Hire is partnering exclusively with our client who is seeking a highly motivated and professional Human Resource Administrator to join a fast-paced, high-energy HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and confidential administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment administration, onboarding, contract preparation, time & attendance processes, probation, training records, leave management, employee relations administration, HR reporting, and offboarding.

The successful candidate will act as a key contact for both staff and management, ensuring that HR processes are managed with precision, tact, and professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage a variety of administrative duties, including:

✔️Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinating job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, preparing employment contracts, and facilitating induction processes.

✔️HR Administration: Maintaining up-to-date employee records, tracking probation periods, managing leave administration, and overseeing training compliance.

✔️Payroll & Attendance: Collating data regarding hours, overtime, and absences to support payroll processing and time-and-attendance compliance.

✔️Reporting & Analytics: Preparing HR reports and dashboards for management, including metrics on absence trends, Working Time Act compliance, and Return to Work docs.

✔️Employee Relations: Supporting ER processes by preparing files, taking notes, and assisting with offboarding procedures.

✔️Tech Proficiency: Advanced ability to use computerized systems, databases, and online platforms; proven capability to learn new software quickly.

✔️Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with rigorous attention to detail regarding spelling, grammar, and proofreading.

✔️Organizational Skills: A systematic approach to work with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines without close supervision.

✔️Interpersonal Excellence: Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization, utilizing tact, patience, and a professional demeanor.

✔️Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify key issues, and offer solution-oriented support.

✔️Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of Irish employment legislation, HR best practices, and organizational policies.

Experience & Qualifications

✔️Qualifications: A relevant certificate or diploma in a Human Resource Management-related discipline, from an Irish educational institution.

✔️Experience: At least 5 years continuous work history in Ireland as you will be garda-vetted.

✔️Project Management: A demonstrable track record of successfully coordinating projects and managing multifaceted processes.
