Reporting to the Head of HR - Ireland & UK, the HR Business Partner will provide value-driven HR support to drive people plans across multiple functions and locations. This role plays a key part in the delivery of Group HR objectives and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️Partner with Managers and teams to understand business goals and develop HR plans that support the achievement of objectives.

✔️Support the implementation of HR plans and organizational changes to deliver on strategic priorities.

✔️Drive employee engagement through communication forums and initiatives, including culture building, recognition programs, and development offerings.

✔️Collaborate with the wider Group HR team to implement continuous improvements of HR offerings across the Group.

✔️Work closely with the HR Operations team to provide expert guidance to Managers and employees on compensation, benefits, HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

✔️Advise managers on all aspects of the employee experience: onboarding, reward planning, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and development strategies.

✔️Identify talent needs and manage the recruitment process through to onboarding.

✔️Liaise with local HR teams on plans for Group function employees based in their country and wider Group HR Initiatives.

✔️Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

✔️Hold an HR qualification and demonstrate three to five years’ experience adding value through HR business partnering support.

✔️Be a dynamic, collaborative team player who is energetic and passionate with a positive can-do attitude.

✔️Possess strong organizational, influential, and communication skills.

✔️Be confident at interacting with all employee levels and possess a high degree of integrity and discretion.

✔️Ability to prioritize work efficiently and effectively, take ownership of tasks, and know when to escalate (attention to detail is key).

✔️Experience of supporting teams based across multiple locations.

✔️Experience working in Financial Services.
