This role is ideal for an ambitious HR or Finance Administrator seeking significant career development opportunities. Acting as a central anchor for the Group HR function, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, and play a key role in payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration, HRIS reporting, talent acquisition support, and learning and development logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate and prepare monthly payroll data across multiple jurisdictions, liaising directly with external payroll providers and internal finance stakeholders. Support compensation and benefits processes, including pension administration, health benefits, salary changes, and payroll query resolution.
HRIS, Data & Reporting: Maintain and continuously update employee records within the Group HRIS, ensuring strict data integrity and generating monthly and quarterly HR KPI reports and analytics to support business insights.
Employee Query Management: Serve as the first point of contact for all day-to-day employee queries managed through the HR Operations inbox, responding promptly or escalating issues as appropriate.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Provide administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and job postings. Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes and deliver engaging inductions for new joiners.
Learning & Development (L&D): Coordinate L&D initiatives, including training administration, vendor scheduling, logistics management, and participant communications.
Group HR Projects & Operations: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group HR team, assisting with employment documentation, contract drafting, employee references, and key group-wide HR initiatives and projects.

Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR support, HR admin, or combined HR/Finance administration role, ideally within financial services or a corporate multinational environment.
Hands-on experience in payroll administration processes and employee compensation/benefits coordination.
Strong technical background working with HRIS software, database management, and HR reporting/analytics.
Demonstrated experience handling onboarding, induction coordination, and talent acquisition support.
Advanced proficiency across MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
