Recruitment Partnering:
Drive the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies that meet the requirements of the organisation..
Uphold and consistently deliver the organisation’s employer brand across all recruitment touchpoints, ensuring alignment with organisational values and goals.
Partner with stakeholders to manage open requirements and plan for future needs.
Candidate Experience & Workforce Planning:
Innovate and implement initiatives aimed at identifying and improving areas within the candidate experience, ensuring a positive, engaging, and inclusive process.
Utilise workforce planning techniques to accurately forecast organisational and functional staffing needs, adapting recruitment efforts to meet these requirements efficiently.
Operational Excellence:
Evaluate and leverage recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, to inform and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Oversee all recruitment end to end in accordance with the regulations of the industry.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine recruitment briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of role requirements and candidate expectations.
Talent Acquisition Process Management:
Update and disseminate job descriptions for open positions, optimising job postings to attract qualified candidates.
Actively source and engage potential candidates, managing the application and selection process to create a shortlist of suitable candidates for further assessment.
Conduct comprehensive administrative duties including documentation of work permits, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, and performing garda vetting and reference checks.
Work in collaboration with other departments to provide candidates with accurate role information, including salary discussions and job expectations.
Key candidate requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a recruitment role .
Demonstrate 5 years working experience in a role that manages compliance in the Irish Employment Law, Visa management and Garda Vetting structures.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a recruitment role with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies.
Proven experience in recruitment initiatives that positively impact business outcomes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in analysing recruitment metrics and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions (desirable).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to plan and self-organise with a track record of delivery.
Resilience and agility in managing high volume recruitment.
Collaborative, relationship builder, and problem solver.
