We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead recruitment and project operations within a fast-paced service delivery organisation. This pivotal role includes overseeing the implementation and training of HR systems, as well as managing and developing a small, high-performing team of in-house recruiters focused on high-volume hiring.

In addition to streamlining recruitment processes, you'll play a key role in enhancing the employer brand and ensuring that talent strategies align with business goals. This role will be primarily on-site in the beginning and is based just off the M1 one the Meath/North Dublin border.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔️Manage the recruitment delivery for the organisation and build efficient systems and recruitment processes.

✔️Implement hiring policies and build reporting frameworks for data driven decision making.

✔️Develop the recruitment team and create opportunities for growth.

✔️Oversee senior appointments and lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

✔️Plan and manage the employer branding strategies and ensure the social media presence is active and effective by creating and monitoring KPIs and engagement stats.

✔️Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for hiring campaigns.

✔️Proactively identify and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging local talent channels.

✔️Provide expert market insights and advise stakeholders on competitive salary trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.

✔️Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, maintaining high engagement levels throughout the hiring journey.

✔️Promote referral programmes and generate a talent pipeline.

✔️Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process for both markets, ensuring a broad and inclusive talent pool.

Candidate Requirements:

✔️5 years at managerial or Lead level.

✔️Proven track record of recruitment delivery in a high volume industry

✔️HR Degree/ Recruitment qualification/ CIPD or related business discipline.

✔️Ability to develop recruiting systems and implement policies and processes.

✔️A good level of understanding of how to build an employer brand.

✔️Experience delivering talent development plans and initiatives.

✔️Experience leading project work.
