As HR Reward Analyst you will manage the day-to-day provision employee services in the HR operations team.

Working as part of a team, you will partner with CoEs in Talent, Learning and work closely supporting the HR Business Partners. 

Key Responsibilities - Reward

✔️Market Analysis & Compensation Planning, benchmarking, regulatory requirements, and market trends.

✔️Analysis and guidance on compensation, recommendations, alignment with internal strategies.

✔️Year-End Compensation Cycle – support the annual compensation review process.

✔️Reward Surveys.

✔️Role matching, levelling, data collation.

✔️Reporting and MI presentations including input into HR Reporting Packs.

 

Key Responsibilities - HR Operations

Supporting as part of the operations team to ensure excellence across all employee services.

✔️Payroll & Compliance 

✔️HR Reporting – input into HR Reporting Pack ,insights using reporting and analysis tools across key people metrics 

✔️Recruitment – Support the recruitment process

✔️HRIS – support day-to-day management of HRIS

✔️Global Benefits – Manage global benefits administration across regions

✔️Additional HR projects or duties as assigned


Skills and Experience

✔️Bachelor’s degree or higher.

✔️5 years of progressive experience in Reward, ideally within a global organisation.

✔️Experience working in compensation and data modelling skills.

✔️Payroll and benefits administration, across multiple regions, preferably including US and Asia.

✔️Understanding of employment legislation and regulatory compliance, with knowledge of global mobility processes .

✔️Experience managing HRIS and system savvy.

✔️Excellent skill in excel and data modelling tools.

✔️Highly numerate, exceptional attention to detail.

✔️Effective problem-solving skills.
