You will be central to managing recruitment activities from job postings through to onboarding, while also providing essential HR administrative support. This is a values-led, forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation and as an HR Administrator you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and efficient hiring process, supporting both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Requirements of the Role:
✔️Support the full recruitment cycle including drafting job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
✔️Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records using Applicant Tracking Systems or HR databases.
✔️Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating a smooth induction process.
✔️Manage general HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
✔️Contribute to organising recruitment events and internal training initiatives.
✔️Respond promptly to HR-related enquiries and provide effective support to the wider HR team.
Candidate Requirements:
✔️A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
✔️Ideally, recognised HR certification such as CIPD or equivalent, along with knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
✔️1-3 years previous experience in HR administration/ Recruitment/ Recruitment Co-Ordinator role.
✔️Familiarity with recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
✔️Knowledge of Irish employment law and Irish tax legislation, 1 year +
✔️Proficiency in HR software and ATS platforms alongside strong skills in MS Office applications.
✔️Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✔️Strong communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
✔️A proactive approach with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
