  • Offer & Contract Administration: Lead the execution of employment offers and contract generation—from initial request and stakeholder approval (TA, Hiring Managers, HR, Finance) through to e-signature distribution (DocuSign) and compliant document retention.

  • Systems & SLA Governance: Design, configure, and maintain onboarding checklists, service level agreements (SLAs), and internal process controls within Workday HRIS.

  • Process Optimization & Automation: Map, document, and standardize HR operational procedures, proactively identifying opportunities to introduce workflow automation across the employee lifecycle.

  • Audit, Governance & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and uphold rigorous compliance standards to ensure full readiness for internal and external HR audits.

  • Operational Reporting & KPI Tracking: Track and report on operational performance metrics, including contract turnaround times, onboarding satisfaction, and compliance rates, to provide visibility to HR leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • Process Architect: Highly structured and analytical, with a natural inclination toward streamlining operational workflows, eliminating friction, and leveraging automation tools.

  • Employee Experience Advocate: Dedicated to creating a seamless, engaging, and professional first impression for new hires joining the business.

  • Rigorous & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail when managing employment contracts, compliance verification, and sensitive employee data.

  • Collaborative Communicator: Adept at building trusted relationships and coordinating effectively across matrixed operational teams, including HR, IT, Payroll, and Facilities.

  • Agile Problem Solver: Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth international business environment with evolving priorities.

Must-Have Experience

  • 4+ years of dedicated experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Administration.

  • Proven track record managing high-volume onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and employment contract administration.

  • Practical, hands-on experience working with Workday (or an equivalent enterprise HRIS) alongside electronic signature platforms (such as DocuSign).

  • Solid working knowledge of employment contract structures, offer governance, and HR statutory compliance standards.

  • Demonstrated background operating successfully within a fast-paced, scaling, or international multi-entity corporate environments
