Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and compliant HR services across the organization. Serving as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries, this role plays a key part in executing core HR activities, including employee relations support, recruitment coordination, HR administration, and people data reporting.

The successful candidate will provide practical policy guidance to managers and employees alike, ensuring operational standards are met while actively contributing to a positive employee experience and localized engagement initiatives.

Key Candidate Requirements

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing accurate, timely advice in line with company policies and relevant employment legislation.

  • Support the coordination and management of routine employee relations matters (such as disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases) by assisting with investigations,
    note-taking, and documentation.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including managing job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and system tracking.

  • Own the onboarding and induction experience, ensuring all new-hire documentation, compliance checks, and contracts are completed efficiently.

  • Maintain internal HR systems and employee personnel files with strict accuracy, ensuring full alignment with GDPR requirements and compliance standards.

  • Produce regular HR metrics reports (headcount, absence, turnover) to support the broader HR team with data-driven insights for business decisions.

  • Assist with the coordination of training programs, monitoring completion rates for mandatory compliance and learning modules.

  • Support local employee engagement activities, surveys, and workplace culture initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • A solid understanding of core HR processes and employment legislation, with the ability to apply policies fairly and consistently.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to quickly build trusting relationships with employees and line managers.

  • High level of precision and rigor when handling data management, tracking metrics, and drafting formal HR documentation.

  • Highly organized and resilient, with the proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, operational environment.

  • Demonstrates absolute confidentiality and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.

  • A proactive team player who thrives on supporting colleagues and contributing to the wider goals of the HR team.

Essential Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of progressive experience in a dedicated HR coordinator, administrator, or junior generalist role.

  • Direct, practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment coordination and basic employee relations processes.

  • Proven experience working comfortably within a fast-paced or operationally driven business environment.

  • Exceptional administrative capability with experience maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS) and generating data reports.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; a professional CIPD qualification (or working actively towards one) is highly preferred.
