We have an opportunity for an experienced and HR qualified HR Advisor to join a small professional team based in Dublin. You will work in a highly motivated and proactive team and deliver best in class HR services across the group.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔️First point of contact for employee queries and management guidance on policies and processes.

✔️Advisor for new starters through induction and onboarding cycle and follow up queries.

✔️Reward and benefits updates and communication throughout the organisation via company intranet.

✔️Maintain the employee inbox and respond as appropriate.

✔️Support the HR business partner with employee relations issues and investigations.

✔️Assist HR projects across the employee lifecycle including performance reviews, remuneration reviews, wellness campaigns and employee surveys.

✔️Run reports from ATS and other HRIS and support the communication of data to the HR team.

✔️Work as part of the team and support the business through proactive value add activities.

Experience Required:

✔️ A HR Qualification at degree level or CIPD.

✔️5 years + HR experience.

✔️Excellent communication skills.

✔️Flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to work autonomously and also as part of a wider team.

✔️Employment law knowledge.
