Purpose of the Role:
HR Hire is delighted to partner with a progressive international organisation to recruit a versatile, commercially minded HR Generalist (with L&D). This is an onsite role designed for a professional who can seamlessly balance day-to-day people operations with a heavy focus on driving the company’s training and talent development agenda.
Operating across both local and international business units, you will act as a trusted operational partner to management while also overseeing local training delivery, capability gap analyses, and global onboarding pipelines. Additionally, you will champion a practical Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and workforce wellbeing roadmap embedded directly into the corporate culture.
Key Candidate Requirements
Manage day-to-day generalist HR workflows, ensuring all company policies, employment contracts, and role definitions are up to date and scaled appropriately.
Perform thorough learning and development gap analyses across business units to design targeted training and upskilling frameworks.
Execute comprehensive end-to-end local and international recruitment campaigns using structured candidate evaluation and selection methods.
Partner with department heads to build proactive succession plans and leadership pipelines that support business continuity and growth.
Govern HR information systems (HRIS) and internal metrics to deliver accurate data reporting, compliance auditing, and actionable operational insights.
Design and implement a practical CSR roadmap encompassing employee wellness programs, environmental sustainability within a production context, and local community impact.
Align compliance data and workplace initiatives with the reporting expectations of external stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Candidate Profile
A strong HR Generalist who is capable of delivering HR services in a busy manufacturing or similarly diverse and fast paced industry.
Highly capable of smoothly balancing high-volume administrative governance with progressive, human-centric people strategies.
Thrives on bringing structure to growth environments, establishing clear onboarding pathways, and maintaining robust HR tech workflows.
Excellent collaborator who thrives in a flexible multi skilled team.
Requirements:
4 years of progressive HR experience, with a solid background operating in an HR Generalist or core operational management capacity.
Previous experience navigating the unique workflows and commercial needs of a fast-paced manufacturing or fast-growth production sector.
Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines, executing learning gap analyses, and structuring international onboarding pathways.
Strong exposure to multi-jurisdictional HR frameworks, international contract compliance, and cross-border employment models.
Direct, practical experience drafting, launching, and measuring visible corporate wellbeing or environmental sustainability initiatives.
